The Best Golf Carry/Stand Bags for Under $100.00

We recently compared six of the more popular golf carry/stand bags that cost less than $100.00. These included the Callaway Warbird XTT, Cobra Sport, Nike Xtreme Sport, Sun Mountain Mini, TaylorMade Tourino and the Wilson Staff Feather 3.

All of these bags were of high quality, and we based our criteria on price, size of the top, number of dividers, the strap, features, weight and the number of colors available.

Based on these criteria, the Cobra Sport bag ranked #1 in our testing. It has the largest top of the bunch (10 inches), and has the most pockets (eight). And at 4.5 lbs., it makes for a easy carry. We thought this was the perfect blend of light weight without sacrificing any of the features… and it is a good looking bag!

The New Wilson Staff Feather Bag placed second because at only $79.95, it is a hell of a deal. It features a 9.5 inch x 7.5 inch top, and at 3.0 lbs., it is super-light.

Surprisingly, the Sun Mountain Mini finished last. Although this bag comes in some really great looking colors, it doesn’t look like a “real” carry bag. But, if you want the lightest bag on the market, at 2.7 lbs, this would be a great choice.
